Booster Packs appear in the Special Offer Section once a new hero was unlocked. It can only be purchased once and provides great rewards to kick-start a new hero.
A booster pack provides spells for a specific hero and guarantees to unlock at least one new spell. For new heroes, they usually unlock a lot more. It also comes with a big lump of gold to instantly allow to upgrade many spells.
